When it comes to owning a truck, we want you to be able to use it to its full capabilities. They can hold thousands of pounds and are useful for carrying much-needed equipment, whether to a worksite or home. Issues tend to arise when needing to lift a heavy apparatus onto the bed of the truck, as it is merely impossible to carry over a ton only using manpower. That can all change today, with the use of the TOP Truck Bed Lift System: IMPAC 2000 Standard by Impac Manufacturing, which can assist you in all of your lifting needs. Check out our site today for more information or request a consultation.

Lifting Capacity
Our truck bed lift system can lift up to 2,000 pounds and it is the premier lift system for large pickup truck owners. It fits 1-ton cab and chassis trucks, making it a useful system for most makes and models. The crane hoist itself is one of the best on the market, designed for lifting with a 136:1 gear ratio, a full load mechanical brake, and a 5:1 safety factor. If there is anything you need to hook within the weight capacity, it can lift it!

The Lift Itself
The truck bed lift fits around most large trucks. The overall system weighs approximately 550 pounds, adding little to your vehicle’s towing capacity. The frame is made out of 11-gauge steel, blasted epoxy primed, and a powder topcoat finish, assuring long-lasting quality. With self-lubricating bronze sleeve hub bushings, you can rest assured knowing this system will last.

Lifting Arm
Besides the quality frame, this system also comes with a top-of-the-line, high-strength structural steel lifting arm. When lifting 2,000 pounds, you have to have an arm that can maintain high volumes of pressure. We also provide a handheld controller, which can move the arm up and down (Hoist) as well as in and out (Boom) with ten feet of movement. Not only that, but we made sure to make operating times fast, as the arm can go from fully retracted to extended in approximately 55 seconds.

Power Supply
All of these specifications sound amazing, but none of it matters if you can’t power the lift. This is why we designed the power supply to be convenient, using a 12 V DC operating from the vehicle’s battery, with a 150 amp fuse at the battery itself. The hydraulic system is also powered off of your truck, with a 12 V by-direction pump system and two 3” cylinders to provide lift rotation. As long as your vehicle has power, so does the electric winch!
We here at Impac Manufacturing understand that your truck is your livelihood. We want to give you the ability to use it to its full potential, especially when it comes to carrying heavy loads.
